The Auclairs Series Book 1 is Almost Ready for Publishing

Hello, lovelies! 😍

As you might know (if you follow the blog or my social media) I have a new book series in the making, it started out simply enough with one idea for one book, a friends to lovers novel, simple, right?

Wrong. Boy, was I so wrong and naive last year. It turned into a full-blown book series, saga, prequel, side stories, future, past, and even ideas for short novels of each character. It’s insane, I have never worked on something this massive.

And all for that one pivotal moment in the draft of the first novel, what was it? The fact that the main female character is the youngest in a family of four siblings and they have multiple cousins, so you can imagine where all of that led.

Now, the first four books in this series will feature the younger Auclairs, that is the last name that caught my attention and I rolled with it. You’ll meet: Adelinne Auclair, a young college student in her second year. Then it gets real interesting with her two cousins (Books 2 and 3), and the fourth for her sister.

And I thought that was it, wrong again. Because there are two other siblings missing their story, and to top that, two older cousins who also had to have their moment to shine. So, I kept writing drafts and ideas, and I even finished two of those other books before even finishing the first one. It was a wild year, and it took all of me so that is why I only finished and published two short novels last year: Friendly Wishes and Hallow’s Charms. I had others that I added to Smashwords, but those were new.

I am excited to share this new book, which will be available around the end of February or early March, I am still debating on that one. Editing is done but there are some details with the timeline that are getting on my way. 😂 Behind the scenes on being a one-person publishing house.
